Excellent professional plumbing work AND reasonable pricing. Received ridiculously high estimates to install a simple kitchen faucet from some local plumbing companies. RSM Plumbing has good reviews, so I contacted them, received a reasonable estimate and perfect installation. Friendly and competent. Doesn't get any better than this. Highly recommended.

Had a great local company RSM come help fix my kitchen issues. Dealt with Mike who was very friendly, transparent, good communication and explained the whole pre plan and post work showed me all the fixes. Mike is very reasonable and very fair priced. He fixed our kitchen clog and dishwasher problem. Super helpful! Also gave us some honest advice on our aging home so that was very comforting to know we’re dealing with an honest expert. RSM (Michael and his apprentice son) were able to install our water softener today. They are a great team. Easy to work with, communicate well and they did a great job. To me, a big plus is that Michael is the one to answer calls directly; no operator or secretary to relay messages. Very happy to recommend them!

Michael and his crew installed a water softener system in our 1920s house. They were quick, professional and came in right on budget, including an extra outdoor hose attachment that was not part of the original bid. Great service from a locally-owned company. UPDATE: About a month after the water softener installation, we had an unrelated leak in and old bathroom pipe that Michael promptly fixed on a weekend morning to mitigate our damage. His crew came back later to re-do most of our old piping and patched up the drywall good as new. Once again, everything was accomplished in a timely manner on budget. Yet another 5-star experience with Michael and RSM Plumbing.
