Steve is a great guy. He will go out of his way to get you the right help and repair. One time he came out Thanksgiving morning and fixed my oven. That’s responsiveness !
The issue was tough to diagnose, but Steve figured it out. Machine is up and running! Yes, you can still get a knowledgeable repairman to come to your door. Great service, great guy.
Steve was so helpful and kind. While our dryer was not worth repairing I don't regret calling him.
Mr Bastow's work and willingness to see a tough job all the way through is rare in today's world. Wether it's just a small repair or tough Job....Steve will get the job done right!
