Would recommend Jake and his team a million times over. He was communicative, friendly and professional. We had a newborn at home and they were so friendly and flexible with our schedule. We hired Jacob to replace our furnace and air conditioner system. I called Jacob when I suspected our furnace had gone out. Later that same day he was there to inspect it and give us his recommendation on whether to repair or replace. He was upfront and honest about our options and pricing. Within two business days he was ready to install and completed everything in about 8 hours; leaving our basement cleaner than he found it. The change in our home’s temperature and air quality was noticeable immediately. Our family will continue to rely on Baseline for all our HVAC needs and would recommend working with Jacob and his team.

Josh and Joe were incredibly helpful, honest, prompt and cost effective. I was dealing with astronomical electric bills after another company installed a heat pump and told me they installed it to not provide any heat only a/c. Josh and Joe figured out the problem made the necessary changes. While no one wants to have HVAC issues I am glad to know who to call in the future!

Joe from baseline heating and cooling was fantastic. Very responsive kept the work area clean and the cost was much lower than I thought. Since our house has been at 51°, we would happily paid more but because of Joe's honesty it was a minor fix that cost less than $200. That honestly goes a long way with me and now Joe and baseline are the only contact information I have in my phone for any future Heating and Air air-conditioning needs.
