We worked with Phoenix Brothers to repair/replace our roof, siding, and gutters after a hail storm. This was our first experience with the insurance claims process and roofing, siding, and gutters repair. We could not be happier with how the process went with Jake from start to finish. He was very easy to work with and genuine cared that the work was done well and we were taken care of throughout the entire process. We cannot recommend Jake and Phoenix Brothers enough.

We were so happy with our experience working with Phoenix Brothers. Jake was incredibly responsive and friendly which made the whole process easy and stress free. They were quick to get our home on the schedule, and then showed up promptly in the morning on roof day to complete it same-day, and on siding day to complete it in two days. The teams were respectful of our home and yard during the process. Jake was always the last one here making sure everything was cleaned up and put back how it was found. Jake and his team did a wonderful job. 1 day to tear off and replace the entire roof on the house and 2 garages. No mess left for us to take care of (no nails and asphalt gravel all over). They were very careful of our plants/beds/yard. Gutter guys came in after and took about a day and a half. Best price of the 6 quotes we received and walked us through everything that they were doing. Jake was on site and available through the whole process. I can't say enough about how well the project went. Very nice to have the same person who quotes your project be on site and available during the actual work (not a salesman who disappears after you sign a contract).

Excellent job by Phoenix Brothers. They were recommended to me and I would gladly recommend them as well. Jake is very communicative, helpful and knowledgeable. He worked closely with my insurance adjuster to get me everything I needed. My roof, siding and gutters were done in a timely matter and the workers were polite and always offered a smile. My 100+ yr old home hasn’t looked this good for a very long time.
