I had the experience of damage to my vehicle by one of their work trucks. The work truck passed me on the left in the middle turn lane in front of the rock quarry spraying my vehicle with gravel causing multiple rock chips to my car. I contacted the president and VP of the company. I provided them pictures of their truck and the damages to my car. They informed me that they were turning it over to their insurance company. After 1 month I had not heard a response from the insurance company. I contacted their insurance company and was told they were waiting on the police report. I went and got a copy of the report and forwarded it to them. Then I received a letter stating that the employee and my stories were conflicting so they were not liable.
