Basement Technologies

The annual maintenance technician recently came to my home and the service was, as usual, excellent, the technician knowledgeable, efficient and polite. If I have a problem, it is resolved and the care behind my request is evident in their responses and concern for my understanding and the well-being of my home. The Company installed a "French drain" in my basement 6 years ago and it had never given me a problem, the yearly maintenance welcomed. Last summer they installed a dehumidifier and I called the Company with questions. The provider responded as though it was their personal concern and their comments were duly understood. Just had our annual maintenance check up for our 15 year old French drain system installed by Basement Technologies, and it still works like a charm. Had our annual service check again today on two sump pumps and can rest assured all is well. Corey was this year's technician and he did his job quite well, without much needed from me. The biggest improvement opportunity I see for Basement Technologies is moving all the telephone-based communication online. It takes a long time to coordinate an appointment, confirm it, and to suffer through the annoying and incessant loop of advertising on hold...for something I already bought! ;-)

Very pleased with Basement Technologies. I appreciate the reminder to call to schedule my annual inspection. Technicians are always, friendly, polite and let me know the work they did while at my house. For 23 years, we have never had water in the basement due to the success of the systems and annual service.

On 11/11/2024, Alvin from Basement Technologies came to service my two sump pumps in the basement. I have been using this company for many years, and I can honestly say, that every technician that has dispatched to my home, has been extremely professional and knowledgeable. Every technician including Alvin, has always been courteous, polite and respectful when coming into my home. No complain complaints, just praise!
