I had an insurance claim for a new roof and patio covering. I also paid for a carport roof. Toby was very helpful, kind, and professional. He walked me through the process, which was very helpful.

Pushed back start date, then was upset when they had to work around new stucco, which they damaged. Invoiced me before the job was finished then took offense to me confronting them for damage and unfinished job. If they could communicate and finish work in a timely manner, I would rate them higher. Their actually work isn’t bad, just everything else I had to deal with.

They are a bunch of outstanding guys very professional and hard working. Toby the boss really know his business he's a good man I would recommend basin roofing to everyone chose them before you get anything done. I can't say enough good things about this company I'm really proud of having this company do my roofing
