Bates Electric

Called for a quote in Fayette because they advertise there, but was told don't do business here. Poor advertising.

Sheldon from Bates did a fantastic job installed a nema 14-30 plug at our home. We recently purchased this house that was built pre-2000 and did not have a 14-30 and so our dryer could not be connected. Sheldon came in, took a connection ( located way down in the basement) and hooked it up for the dryer ( located in the 2nd floor) and he finished the whole thing in 4 hours, it was simple awesome work!!

Sheldon quickly diagnosed an issue with our dryer outlet and breaker and was prompt and thorough in solving the problem. We’d recommend Bates for their speed to send someone out and for Sheldon’s professional and excellent job!

The price I was told from the technician's coordinator and the price on the invoice received was totally different. We asked for the invoice prior to paying and was told the invoice can only be sent once payment is received. Not only that the technician was scheduled to come back out today and never showed! I called several times for Taylor to call me back about these issues but I was told she is on lunch. I called back over 2 hours and she was at lunch so I guess she was on an extended lunch break! I am still waiting for someone to call me back.

Awesome service. Sheldon was patient and diligent. Its always impressive when you see a true professional enjoying their craft. I highly recommend Bates for all my future electrical repair needs.
