Batesville Animal Control

I went to check on my Lab that had came up missing before Christmas, but it wasn't mine. I think it's great that they bring the dogs there and take care of them!

I got two wonderful dogs from here! It was a great experience and the workers were superb!❤️

Communication is poor at best with the staff here. They hear customers but aren’t listening to what we said and then relay conversations to other workers having negative impact on helping animals. Difficult getting them on the phone. Took 3 weeks then they didn’t call back as promised.

It was off the beaten path, but not that hard to find. They were very helpful in getting my dogs city license. The tag itself is very different from last year and has to be registered. That I itself has been a test of stamina. I've been trying ever since I got the tag to get it registered with no less than 6 emails with the help desk and 9 replies and multiple attachments and still don't know if he's properly registered yet. It may just be a fluke with me.

They couldnt take my puppies, i live out of town, but they gave me some numbers to call and places to look at and offered to help me find a home for them if they could. Very kind people who clearly care about the pets in their care
