Had a great experience with Smith Plumbing, I had roots for months growing in my backyard and stopping up sewage overflowing into my backyard, they came out and cleared my roots but also offered a permanent solution, Billy was able to find the issue in no time and did great handling my business in a quick and professional manner, now my pipes are fixed permanently and I am beyond grateful, thank you Smith Plumbing and especially Billy for your professional and friendly service! We hired smiths plumbing to switch from a electric tank water heater to a propane tankless water heater. After having the new tankless installed the technician had made a simple mistake and the water heater electrical was fried. It took only one call to the office, no argument, no fighting and a same day response they quickly made time to make it right. They installed a new water heater tested it before leaving. Even though there was a mistake that was made the response from the office was top notch. Would absolutely recommend smith’s plumbing to friends and family.

They came when they said they would, worked to fix my plumbing issues and explained what they were doing to make sure I understood.

We contacted them for a simple tub drain leaking. The lady answering the calls seemed very professional. It pretty much ended there. They ordered the wrong drain, mulitple trips were made, we recieved only texts of technicians arriving... with no explanation. Then a bill was issued for $763 dollars, although high,we paid. About two weeks later we recieved another bill for $ 289 dollars. At first we thought it was a mistake, we spoke to Deerick who alledged it was not and threatened if we didn't pay it he would put a lien on the property. Additionally Deerick alledged there were other plumbing issues addressed, that we never approved, nor could they prove from pictures.
