Bath Busters

Edit: after leaving this review and filing a complaint to the BBB, they finally got in touch and got the inspection done. I'm bumping to 3 stars because it really was a 5 star job, but hounding them for 9 months to get them to finish was a 1 star customer experience. If you do choose to go with them, I'd advise you get them to agree to final payment being after final inspection is complete. The second you make your final payment to Bath Busters it is absolutely impossible to get ahold of them. I had a bathroom installed in March. Bath Busters never scheduled the final plumbing inspection, and they have completely ghosted me. It's been 5 months, I have called over a dozen times (leaving voicemails because it's impossible to get anyone on the phone), and haven't heard a word from them. If

My wife and I had a great experience with Bath Busters, starting with Keith our sales rep who was not high pressure at all, answered all our questions and got us answers to the questions he couldn’t answer. Someone was always available and helpful, I wish I could remember everyone’s name. Our project was more involved because we had vanities that we wanted replaced and fixtures for our tub that needed replacing along with the replacement of both outdated shower stalls. The guys that completed all the renovations were on time, took the time to protect our floors and were incredibly well organized and particular. Huge THANK YOU to the Bathbuster team! We had a great experience from start to finish. This is a group that takes pride in their work. They worked with us to determine what would be best and really allowed for us to personalize and customize. They even gave me a day to paint once my bathroom had been demolished. This is the group to choose if you want a new bathroom!! We couldn’t be happier.

From beginning to end they were wonderful. Al was so nice and patient, answered all of our questions and then some. To put it mildly, went above & beyond. The installers were very professional, arrived right on time when they said they would, and were here for a little over 7 hours. Our shower is so beautiful --- it's like being on Vacation every day!! A dream come true!!

Just finished my tub conversion to full shower in my Guest bathroom. It looks awesome. The work was finished in one day. The crew were efficient and very respectful of my home in how they cleaned up the work area. I have received many compliments on the look and quality of the products used. Thank you Bath Busters!
