We did not know that we were getting a tub that we had to step up 2 feet to get in. I Am 6'2 and 65 years old My wife is 5'8 and already fell in it. The inner tub is 42'' and 23" and we can't stretch our legs out and be comfortable for a Sitz bath. We explained to the salesman that we wanted a tub that both of us can get in to take a Sitz bath together and he said we got you covered, he told us some measurements but it did not match with the inner dimensions that we got. It is very hard to get out of it too. We made a step to get in and out but it's a problem also. We thought we were getting a standard height tub with a bigger inner diameter, have to watch the water it almost runs out towards the floor, it builds up on the back shelf of the tub against the wall water pool there. I haven't used my shower yet, but it was professionally done. The installer (Miguel from Venezuela) was professional, clean, and considerate. I think the price was kind of high for a basic/standard walk-in shower, but the warranty and call back for further sealing after my floors get down are awesome. Overall would use them again if I could get a lower price😊. Mr. Dunn was very responsive to my needs and calls.

Brian our Bath fitter installer arrived promptly on both days took very good care of his pathway very clean very courteous kept me apprised throughout the process very meticulous came and got me when questions or clarifications were needed. I just cannot say enough about this install very professional. I will use them again And highly recommend. Thank you Bath Fitters for an excellent job!!!!

Great experience. Everyone I interacted with was great. The installer, Travis, did a great job and cleaned up very well after himself. He made sure the handles and towers were where I wanted them and my height. Very happy with the results. Took a total of about 10 hours so not bad at all and it looks great.
