We live in Edgewater Florida and used this company for a tub/shower renovation. The salesman Joel was great. He was very knowledgeable and not high pressure at all! They scheduled the work within a month after signing and Mike and his co-worker completed the install in about 6 hours. It is exactly what we wanted and they cleaned up everything! We highly recommend this company!

Well I have had such difficulties with communicating with this company, Not only are they calling us liars they are not willing to come to any solution with us. They have lied about the 0% and now will not admit there salesman was wrong. I totally regret going with bath fitter and would not recommend

Was walking around a friend's neighborhood when I noticed the van. Went to the owner of the van to ask them a simple question but was treated very rudely. Wouldn't trust these guys if this is the kind of person that they hire.

From the initial appointment to completion of the job every single person we dealt with was just fantastic. The measure was perfect, the installation was extremely professional, clean and not in the least disruptive. We are thrilled with our new bathroom. I highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Tom was our installer and he is simply THE BEST! He was friendly, thorough and made sure everything was done to our liking. Product is as promised, especially love the non slip bottom for my 1 year old!
