John Falco was incredible. He kept in touch through the entire installation process. When John Karlheim came to install for us, he kept us updated on the process the entire time. He was very efficient and I was very impressed he did all of the work on his own. He was prompt and my shower looks and works amazing! Thank you so much to the bath fitter family!

We had an aqua blue porcelain tub from the 40’s and it had chips and a crack in it. We called bath fitters and within 2 weeks they were here to make our bathroom look so beautiful. They started at 07:30 and were finished by 1:30pm!!!! I just was amazed at the quality of work they did. John and Mike were total experts in their field and we will highly recommend them for their professionalism and courtesy while in our home. They explained the care and cleaning in detail and left us with no questions or cleanup!!! Our tub removal and walk in shower install was an absolute breeze! Took under 6 hours and looks amazing. John Karlheim and Mike Sherry were our installers and both were incredibly professional and friendly. I highly recommend requesting them as your installer if you have the opportunity! They left with the work area cleaner than when they started. It’s been a month and my walk in shower is perfect!
