Great service and did in a great time frame....my furnace broke early january in frigid temperatures and they did a great job and cost efficient

I recently had a very troubling experience with Mazur's Plumbing and Heating. On [3/17/25], technicians were called to my home to service a furnace. Unfortunately, they left me feeling humiliated and disrespected after accusing me, without cause or evidence, of drug use. Specifically, they called me a "methhead" on my Ring doorbell camera after leaving my property. As someone who works in the recovery field, this accusation was not only false but deeply hurtful. It's unacceptable for a company to engage in this kind of behavior, especially when it is completely unfounded. I’ve reached out to the company for an apology, but I have yet to receive any acknowledgment from the owners regarding the situation. He came out to service my furnace and was an absolute delight! Definitely recommend.

A1 service. My AC went out today and he made a point of getting here this evening and fixed it. I am ever so grateful and would highly recommend this gentleman for any repair.
