Every aspect of installing a complete shower over the existing shower was excellent. The installer was very concerned with doing an excellent job. I was impressed with the quality of work. I was unsure of the concept of putting a shower over the existing shower at first, but as the work was getting done I was convinced. I was impressed most that the installer had a great deal of personal pride in doing an excellent job, he paid a lot attention to the details. It helped that he had the best available tools(in my opinion) for measuring and leveling to get it right. I really appreciate his attention to the details. He was a real pro. We were very pleased with our experience with Bath Fitters for the most part. We did go through some hassle concerning getting the permit; the salesman said he would take care of that and talk to our condo manager and then we found out that had not been done so I had to do some running around & talking to your office in New Jersey in order to get that done. But we were very please with the installation of the shower. The gentleman who installed our shower was very professional and did a fabulous job.

We called Bath Fitter because we felt they were a leader in replacing a bath tub without having to tear our bathroom apart. Prior to our call, we investigated the cost associated with replacing our bath tub. We were concerned regarding renovations, professional plumbing services and the inconvenience during the installation. We were pleasantly surprised that Bath Fitter provides a solution that eliminated all our concerns at a reasonable cost. Also, the project would be completed in one day. A month after we signed our contract we have a new bath tub. This is the result of Bath Fitters installing their Patented liner without a problem in one day as promised. I was very pleased with Bathfitters. I called from seeing an ad. Next salesman Pete came out. Pete is very responsible and Professional. He spent a couple hours in my home taking measurements and going through my options through his sales book. I have a tub-shower in one bathroom, and a shower only in another. My home was built in the fifties and had small tile which was standard for that period. Between the finished product being installed another trip was made for a few final measurements. It does take some time for the factory to prepare the materials. My tub was done first. Their installer Eric was outstanding. He took his time( a full day) put runners out so that floors would not get dirty. I was so Impressed with him, that I requested him for my second installation. The shower was

We've had a Bath Fitter Shower n tub combo since 2012. It cracked in August 2022. We called they came out quick. Assessed situation and caulked it until they could get it on the schedule to cut out old one. That was about 15 days after we called. Then just Monday they came out and replaced everything. One tech. Took him about 4.5 hours by himself. From start to finish everything we've done with them has been awesome. Quick reply and #datlifetimewarrantydoe.
