Bath Fitter

I absolutely love Bath Fitter’s walk-in shower. It took less than 10 hours to do the job from removing the bathtub to finishing the installation. No massy tile work, just one piece of wall, quick installation by their own trained expert instead of a contractor. They provide transferable lifetime warranty. It looks sleek and modern. I interviewed three companies and I am so glad I picked Bath Fitter. Their salesman did a great presentation and he also brought samples of Bath Fitter’s product to show me the quality of their product. I knew right away that Bath Fitter was the one I wanted.

John arrived in time and got right to work! It truly was a fast painless and clean revamp of our main bath! The job took 6 hours and looks fabulous! We will be doing our other two bathrooms with bath fitter!

I was in need to upgrade and an outdated tub. I was looking for an affordable company that can satisfy my need. I’m glad to say bath fitter didn’t disappoint. I’m extremely satisfied with the entire process from a quote to signing the contract and completing the job was an extremely Well satisfying experience.

My experience with Bath Fitter was a 5 star plus rating. The Salesman Mr Issa Haddad , was on time, knowledgeable , experienced and highly professional. My salesman had to walk a good distance from his vehicle to my home with all his extremely cumbersome and heavy measuring equipment , computer equipment, manuals along with and top of all the and bath and shower door samples, and he was happy to do so. He was extremely patient during the entire process while My husband and I were completing our Bath Fitter design. There were so many designs for the bath, shower area and hardware choices that it took us a good deal of time to decide. The designs and texture were all so beautiful and unique. Our salesperson measured our tub twice ( two different days) and that was not enough. The one day install is now ten days and counting. The shower header for the glass door and the door itself were short. Both items had to be reordered. Also, no corner shelf was installed. The fixtures are all not aligned with drain. I have a shower curtain temp so we can shower since it's the only bathroom. The pic with shower curtain is where the glass door should be. For the high cost I expected better service or at least compensation.
