Bath Fitter Idaho Falls

Me and the wife had a total new Walk-in shower put in our home Last year by Bath Fitter Couldn’t be more happier from everybody in the showroom from everybody that came out to install. It was very very professional all done in one day. I normally don’t write reviews, but this company is five stars all the way. I called them Friday because I thought I had a caulking issue and Evan came out today Advise me everything looks good. He took a video of it just in case something down the road happens, but Evan was very very professional. This is the kind of company you wanna deal with and I’d highly recommend them.

Salesman sold us shower doors that were actually discontinued, but still in his sales book. Similar doors wouldn't match the new plumbing fixtures color. Settled on the doors that were sent and gave us a discount. Bathfitters did try find an agreeable solution, they didn't just say Too bad. I gave them a better review.

Erik Cera is amazing! I never thought this job could be done in 1 day, yet he was done before 4pm, the same day! And it's beautiful! I've had questions since it's been installed, and Erik was right back at my house within the hour to answer my questions. The tub and shower are beautiful and fit perfectly. The shelves are so much more convenient than anything I've ever had. I love that it's perfectly fit for my space. Thank you Jorge and Erik for being so helpful and prompt to help us!

Our installer, Eric Cera, arrived at exactly 8:00 a.m. as scheduled. This is in itself was impressive considering that we are located in Island Park, Idaho and there is a substantial amount of road construction to navigate. Eric was professional and efficient. Removal of the existing tub and shower liner was completed in an hour. The work continued non-stop until the entire project was completed at 3:00 p.m. The product quality is exceptional and we are thankful to have a beautiful walk in shower with walls sealed to the shower floor and to the new ceiling panel. It is VERY difficult to find Contractors with capacity to perform work in Island Park. The cost of this installation was higher than we anticipated but worth every cent to have a project of this magnitude completed in a singl
