I recently had my bathtub remodeled by Bath Fitter out of Milford, CT, and I couldn't be happier! Jacob, the salesman, was exceptional—knowledgeable and attentive, guiding me through every step of the process. A special shoutout to Winslow, the installer, who was professional and efficient. He transformed my bathroom beautifully and left everything spotless. I highly recommend Bath Fitter, especially Jacob and Winslow, for anyone considering a bathroom remodel! Would not recommend looking for a quote to replace old shower the guy came in very snippy walked to the bathroom looked at it said almost 10k i was like I'll think about it as my husband wasn't home I can't just drop 10k the guys yells at me that he's been. Doing this 14 year and he wants me to be candid and not waste his time (smart sales pitch) yell at the person you want to hire you for 10k smart the guy stoled out of my home saying "you call me when your ready " hard pass thanks sir

Thank you for Bath Fitter of Milford for our gorgeous new shower! The salesman, Jacob, had many useful suggestions when asked for input. He worked around our schedule and came up with a great solution to a concern we had. Jacob met with us multiple times and spoke to us via phone until we were satisfied with decisions for outcome. There was no pressure while these decisions were being made by us. We even stopped into the showroom multiple times just to look and were greeted by the owner and treated with no pressure but a willingness to answer questions if we had any. The installers, Wenceslao & Igor, were knowledgeable, conscientious, polite and meticulous about cleaning up after themselves and making sure there was no mess in the house. Fabulous job that we are very happy with!
