From the sales appointment to scheduling the installation date , completion and final payment the NEPI team worked with me to get it done. The sales appointment was informative with different options on what was available and would work best for my situation, the installation crew did a great job and made sure the space was clean when they were finished. They also made sure I was completely satisfied before requesting final payment, overall a great experience and I would feel comfortable offering their services to anyone looking for Spray foam insulation.

New England Performance Insulation did a great job insulating my attic space. The day it was completed my house climate control already felt more efficient and stable. No more drafts, no more HVAC kicking on a lot to maintain the temperature. I almost can't wait to see my next electric bill, I'm guessing it will be less. Work was completed swiftly and cleanly. After getting several estimates I chose NE Performance Insulation for my project because of their pricing, understanding the scope of the job, and I support Veteran-owned businesses. Thank you for your service! Carol handled the scheduling, and was able to move my job up by 2 weeks, it all worked out great. Communication was excellent, always a quick response. The guys came and finished the job in one day. No problems. The next day I told Carol everything looked good, but there were some areas that needed to be cleaned up, etc., thinking I’d just have to do it myself. She got right back to me and set up a time for them to come back. THAT’S why you should use these guys!

The New England Performance Insulation (NEPI) was prompt well mannered and friendly. When they were done they cleaned up and left the jobsite cleaner than it was before they started. The whole experience with NEPI very good and I would recommend if you need insulation work that you include them in the list of contractors to get quotes from.
