Buddy replaced our carpet following a flooding incident in our basement. This was our third time working with Buddy and always his service was excellent, his demeanor accommodating and the installation timely and flawless. Let's just say, my basement is my new favorite room in the house! We recently bought our first home in Milford & the basement carpet definitely had signs that a dog had been there & left it's mark plenty. So much that we barely used downstairs because it irritated my nose too much. The first 'remodeling' we did as first time homeowners was replacing that carpet. The installers, Dave, and Dave, were very professional and detail oriented. Buddy arrived daily to over see the entire installation, and to address and resolve any issues throughout the process. Buddy helped us to get our water damage claim approved. He also helped with the flooring selection . Questions were answered immediately. What a wonderful experience working with Ultimate Interiors was from beginning to end! We wanted to have a safe staircase both for us and our dogs to our new finished basement when we weren’t using the stairlift, and our beautiful stair runner exceeded expectations! Buddy was easy to work with and had a great eye for matching color schemes. David and David were great with the installation and vacuumed up all of the carpet threads in the cutting area.
