I can’t say enough good things about Bath Fitter Syracuse. From start to finish the experience exceeded our expectations and our new shower has been such a great addition for our large family. Allen was fantastic and walked us through everything and Brad our installer was professional, kind and helpful with any questions we had along the way. One of our favorite things about our new shower is the shower seat and bar for our one teen who has mobility issues, it’s been a game changer for them to be able to have a safe space to sit and shower. Professional team that’s patient, kind and values their customers! I would highly recommend Bath Fitters Syracuse!

We called Bath Fitters inquiring about replacing our current corner shower. The sales person, Eric Parker was knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions and concerns we had. Once we decided to go ahead with the update, we were able to have the shower put in within two weeks. We were told the installers would be at our home anywhere between 8 and 10 that morning. Roman and Troy showed up at 8:30 prepared to do their job. They were very orderly and worked without breaks, finishing the new shower install by 2:30 that afternoon. They cleaned up the area and explained certain details for us. We are very pleased with their work and professionalism. UPDATE ……. We had a great experience with Bathfitter in North Syracuse. Dave was our sales person and he made the process so easy. There was absolutely no pressure and our consultation felt like we were talking to a friend. We went from a soaking tub with no shower to a new tub with a shower. We had it installed today by Dakota and Brad. They arrived at 8:00am and got right to work. We are very happy with the way it turned out. We definitely recommend Barhfitter!

My installer, Brad, very meticulously completed my tub and walls in one day. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He made sure I understood how to care for my new tub and gave me cleaning tips! I had met with a different company before my nephew suggested I call Bath Fitter for an estimate. Right from the beginning this company was wonderful. Kelly was easy to work with and very flexible with the scheduling. I first met with Spencer. He was personable and very knowledgeable. He assisted me in picking out all of the features I wanted. Many of the upgrades were included in the price, so it wasn't going to cost me any more. They were doing a tub to walk-in shower conversion. Tom arrived first and explained what was going to happen.
