Mike C. did an excellent job of explaining the removal and installation process to us. He is very detail oriented. We had discussion on how we wanted things to look and the location of grab bars, the seat and wall height. He then made suggestions on how everything would function together and keep the interior space of the shower user and function friendly. He made sure we were satisfied at each step of the process. The finished product was exceptional.
Had a great experience from beginning to end, The sales rep was super nice, and the 2 installers we had were great! Jeff was in training, and I was impressed with the way the other installer was teaching him, ( can’t remember his name) My mother had used bath fitters and was happy, so we tried them too, Took a long time to get it scheduled, but we weren’t in a hurry anyway. I would recommend Bath Fitters! Thanks for the nice job guys!
Had a bath and shower remodel. Mike was very professional, did a great job, really good attention to details. Arrived on time and took time to explain everything about the new shower bath combo. Very personable guy and his goal was to do a great job. Would recommend him to anyone.
It only took 1 day to install new shower/tub!! We love the outcome!! Everyone was very friendly, from the rep who gave us our estimate, to the installer. We would definitely recommend, and Life Time warranty!
UPDATE: We are now four months in and no resolution for the damage they've caused, including cutting through a floor joist and attempting to complete subpar work with no permits. Communication with Jeff is abysmal; he's constantly avoiding issues, and trying to cut corners with anyone qualified to fix this. If I could give negative stars, I would. My experience with Bath Fitter has been a masterclass in incompetence, communication failure, and complete disregard for customer property. I hired them to remove a jetted tub and install a new tub and surround with corner shelves. Despite the sales rep visiting my home, taking photos, and hearing me clearly state that the jetted tub needed removal, the installer arrived completely clueless. He didn't know it was a jetted tub, didn't know how t
