We recently switch cleaning companies to EIDS. My favorite thing about working with EIDS is their communication. Huge shout out to Raji, Tez, and Devon for having excellent communication on all fronts. They will listen to your company's needs and will help design a contract to meet those needs, as well as bring new ideas on how to be more efficient with cleaning, supplies, storage space, and more. I really appreciate the QR code that our members/staff can utilize to report areas that need to be cleaned or issues for the upcoming evening when they come out to do their cleaning. The portal/app used is also a great communication tool that helps track any outstanding issues/projects that need to be completed! Would highly recommend!
