Spoke with someone in the office who got back to me the next day and gave me an appointment in a couple of days.Chris came and fixed the problem in no time. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. After having a sales rep come to my house, they quoted me a price for repair. Meanwhile, the repair was recommended by him INSTEAD of a new bath fitter install which I wanted to do. After he left, I never once received a call from them until 2 weeks ago after calling them about 15 times over 8 months. Spoke to the same women there almost every phone call, and not once did she apologize for not calling me back or for the wait. This was after she told me many times and promised I would receive a call from them. As a matter of fact, on one of our last phone calls, she said that the workers did not want to do the work here after getting out of their other jobs. Lifetime Warranty doesn't exist with this company. My tub floor is lifting and they wont even come look at it. The customer service is awful, they show no interest in trying to work with you to solve the problem. They are great when they want your business after that good luck.

Had Bathfitters install my bathroom back in 2008 I called Bay State Bath They gave me a price of 21k for a one day install I told them for that price Icould put in a whole new bath Called Bathfitters they gave me a price less then half of Bay State, had them come in two workers showed up gutted and installed in one day did a Great Job and cleaned up afterwards would highly recommend over Bay State Bath Fitters makes all parts in house also worked with Dan the owner on a couple of things he was great...Job WELL Done Guys and very polite Tim And Donna Gregson
