Bath Fitter

We had a tub to shower conversion and the experience from beginning to end was great. From the relaxed initial meeting with our Sales Rep Linda Roth to consulting with Master Plumber Jeff Hunter to the Installer Carlos Silveira, all went according to plan. They completed the installation in one day, 8:30 - 4:00. Morgan the contracted plumber easily converted the plumbing with little to no compromise to ceiling or walls. Carlos measured, and fitted the shower with absolute precision. Everything was cleaned up and left to look so beautiful. We couldn't be more happy with the result! Bath Fitter promised and delivered! My mother (91 yo) is very happy!

On the day of installation, Carlos arrived precisely on time and was considerate, professional, efficient and friendly. The job was completed mid-afternoon and has given my old bathroom a fresh new look. 5 stars for his work. It had been challenging to get hold of the office until I was able to connect with Maddie who quickly resolved my concerns.

We had a Bath Fitter installed in our bathroom. Aaron and Nick arrived right on time to handle the job. Even though we had already made certain decisions about installation and placement ahead of time with the sales rep, they took the time to go over it again to make sure it was what we wanted. The whole process takes about 10 hours, give or take, but that is what we expected. They were both very professional and gave us status updates throughout the day, but not too often. I was able to stay out of their way and they out of mine. I had to be home for the process but it was a wonderful experience. We are satisfied with the result!

We had a good experience with Bath Fitters. The bathroom looks great. Nick and Jon were pleasant. Nick took his time to and turned a disaster into a masterpiece.

I met with Linda Roth yesterday to discuss upgrading my bathroom. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me understand what Bath Fitter could offer. She was professional, kind, and is one of the best sales consultants I have met with. I highly recommend her.
