Bath Innovations Walk-In Bathtubs & Remodeling

We recently had a need for a walk-in bathtub for our Grandpa. I started my search and was very interested in Bath Innovations after reading the GLOWING reviews. Not only is this business a family owned business, but Gary, the owner, will provide the bid himself. He is very hands on in the process and provides a tub with so many features, it blows the other companies away! With the features and competitive pricing, we decided to purchase our tub with Bath Innovations! I shopped the competition and they wanted so much more money for less quality. Gary and his installation team are very professional and clean. They removed an older style jetted tub from existing bathroom and custom installed the new walk-in tub with no additional damage and all in ONE DAY! Gary has a friendly and service oriented charisma. You will enjoy working with him versus bigger companies for the one on one attention he provides.

We love our new walk-in tub! The tub itself is high quality and solidly built - and it's intuitive to use. My husband has a bad back and I have a bum knee so to be able to soak our "old bones" with the air and water jets has been a great blessing. Gary is very easy to work with - no high pressure sales pitch - and he's been very responsive to our questions. The installation crew arrived early, finished in the late pm and went above and beyond to save the tile they removed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!!

Gary and his team arrived promptly to the agreed upon date and time. My tub was larger than standard so there was additional installation work. They worked 10 hours straight through the day without a lunch break. Unfortunately, the project didn’t quite get finished the day before a long holiday weekend so I was thinking the worst about using my tub that weekend but Gary and his installer showed up on Saturday and spent several more hours of the holiday weekend to finish up the project. I was truly appreciative and was able to use my tub on Labor Day Monday.
