The biggest draw for me is a one day turnaround. Stanley definitely ran into some problems with my older home, but he worked until everything was resolved. My shower looks wonderful. Very happy. I do think I over paid. This will be my only bathroom with this company

Excellent service by Stanley . He kept us informed on every step of the way and asked for our opinions at all stages of the installation. Stanley kept our home clean and neat at all times. I would this installer to anyone wanting a bath to shower upgrade.

My wife, Karen, and I had a 10 Star presentation tonight from Justin re a conversion from bathtub/shower to walk in shower! Justin’s demeanor and professionalism were OUTSTANDING! The materials/product to be used are 2nd to none. In fact our research shows that 5 other like companies in WNY buy their materials directly from Bath Planet’s parent company. Everything I will receive is made in America of the highest quality. I have looked at all the local contractors that can do what bath planet will do, but Batg Planet is #1 in my book! Justin had me FaceTime with the Bath planet operations mgr, Kevin, and he is just as trustworthy/honest/personable as Justin. Run away!!! We knew immediately after installation that the shower insert was junk. Sam Currey was our sales representative and he had the most ridiculous sales pitch that somehow worked on 2 adults (myself and my husband). I think it was just so annoying and lengthy that he ground us down to a yes. But anyway, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗳 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 (and over $9k for their installation) we have to 𝗴𝘂𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴!! Seriously, don’t invite these scammers into your home for a quote, I recommend you find anyone else! They also made us agree to giving them five stars before we actually signed the contract so take that for what it’s worth when you’re reading their reviews! Dave and Cody came by and they were outstanding. A calm professional demeanor Dave had. He was very knowledgeable. Without being pushy Cody also provided solid information. I bought a new shower today and Dave and Cody were the biggest reasons why I committed today just a great presentation
