Bath Planet of Fort Wayne

I had two different companies come out the first one was mad city. My experience with them was that they were just trying to sell me a product. But with Bath.Planet, Brian Wanted to hear my ideas about what I wanted for a new shower. We spend more time talking about what could be done and How to improve it Gary was a contractor that came out and he did a wonderful job. I couldn’t be more happier. He is the cleanest contractor I have ever known. He took everything with him and left, not even a speck Behind. I love that Gary connected with me and I just felt safe having him in my home. As a single woman, it’s not easy to Men. But Gary made me feel very comfortable and his work is outstanding. If you’re seriously thinking about adding A new shower or tub. Give yourself the gift of Luxury.

Robert helped us pick the perfect shower for our needs. He was very informative. I am very pleased with his presentation. I really liked that this project will be completely taken down to the studs and replaced with green board. Thank you Robert for a good experience! The installers were very professional and cleaned up as they went. I was very impressed that they laid covering on the floor. I did try to contact Robert after the installers had finished and showed him pictures and asked him a question. I haven’t heard back from him. I do hope the rest of the organization is not the same.

The installation crew arrived and introduced themselves and made sure we understood how the installation process would go. The pathways to and from the bathroom to the outside were protected with drop cloths, and they made us aware that the water would be shut off for about two hours. They started the removal of the bath tub, drywall and necessary electrical connections removed. The two men completed the project as promised in one day and they did a beautiful job! I would recommend Bath Planet to anyone looking to do an upgrade to their bathroom!

Consultant Ben was very informative and helpful to us about making our tub shower into a walking shower. We would highly recommend using Bath Planet and Ben. Brian is very patient & explains everything. Their was no pressure. I wanted to get other quotes from varies installers. I found one matching Bath Planet but for a much lower price. Showed the paperwork to Brian & he matched the price. The wait to install time was almost next to nothing. Thanks again Brian for being so helpful & knowledgeable & for lowering the price.
