Cindy and Luke are an amazing team. They are very pleasant and knowledgeable about the kitchen remodeling project. They offer great examples and great prices. Will definitely recommend them to everyone I meet who want to remodel.

I was very pleased with my Shower and Vanity replacement. The installers Elcimar and Dominic were dedicated and their work was outstanding. Very professional and friendly. My consultant Luke was courteous and very knowledgeable. He provided great assistance in helping me plan my replacements. Sierra provided timely schedule updates and coordination.

I was disappointed with our consultation. The rep spent a lot of time criticizing other local companies, which felt unprofessional. Instead of listening to what we wanted, the appointment turned into a hard sales pitch. There was no real design conversation—no sketches, no inspo photos, nothing beyond choosing a color, pattern, bench or no bench, and handrails or not. We repeatedly asked for the total project cost, but the rep focused almost entirely on monthly payments. The project was only for the tub/shower area, yet the quote started at $15k (later dropped to $10k). They also insisted we had water damage in our walls (we do not) and pushed remediation without evidence. Update 2/3/25: I contacted Bath Planet to have some of the sealant repaired. Shortly after, I received an email that they could send someone out to do the repair within just a few days. The gentleman arrived within his arrival window and completed the job with great care. Overall, I’m impressed with Bath Planets’ customer service and care. I’ve changed my original 3-star rating to 5 and would recommend them to my family, friends, and neighbors. ——————————— Our shower remodel was just completed this week. The project started back in March with meeting with the sales rep, Scott. Scott was great to work with. From there, we had to coordinate with the office staff to schedule the final meeting for measurements. This was somewhat delayed but overall it was finished and we were told the delay

Excellent experience. From John in sales explaining and going over all details to office keeping in touch. But the real super star was Brian the installer— he worked his butt off but made sure every detail was done to perfection! He made the whole process work even with weather obstacles. He was informative as the install went and the results are amazing!!! Highly recommended!!!!!!!
