Thank you Bath Planet of Quad Cities. The shower is beautiful. Jesse and his crew were awesome - they did such a great job installing the shower. They were so courteous, respectful and fast - They had the job done in a day. Everything was cleaned up quickly and you couldn't even tell they had been there. Sending a special "thank you" to the Sales Manager Joe Thompson. He was so patient and easy to work with. He went above and beyond answering my questions and handling my special requests. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Carson was an excellent representative for Bath Planet. Very personable and tried extremely hard to get what I wanted. Unfortunately, the product let us down. For the price, I couldn't get exactly what I needed so I had to say no. Carson was a true gentleman and took the news well. Thank you.

Bath planet has good installers and a reliable warranty, but the bottom line is that they’re just another scandalous sales company that takes advantage of their customers and wrings people for as much as they can. No transparency in pricing. Want a better price? Just keep telling them ‘no’ and watch the price go lower and lower as they lose credibility and make up new discounts.
