Bath Planet of Triangle

I had a leak a few years after the work was completed. I tried to get them to come to fix it but the person who had the original franchise closed and wouldn't answer my calls. The person who owns the franchise now keeps putting me off even after I said I would pay for the repairs! I called the national office and they asked me to produce my proof of sale it's been six years! I wanted to know why there wasn't a database with my information in it and they said its because the local franchisee has that information, who isn't returning my calls. This is a disaster my walls are leaking and I can't get someone to come fix it!

I had an overall very poor experience. Where do I start ... I was lied to, the project was delayed, they couldn't fix their product problems. It all starts out nice with the sales manager pitch, but beware that the product they install is garbage. When they tried fixing some issues I had, they left a complete mess. In the end they could never fix the issues I was having. I would suggest you find another company and stay away.

I am so excited with my new bathroom. After unexpected demolition problems with tile that probably had 5 inches of concrete behind it Chuck came thru like a champ and turned it into a beautiful bathroom. I would recommend anybody to give them a call. I love my totally new bathroom. Karen Rose
