Todd and his team did a fantastic job updating my mom’s bathroom. Other than some cosmetic changes, that bathroom hasn’t been touched in 60+ years! We had a tub replaced with a walk-in shower complete with a seat and handheld wand. The toilet, vanity, mirror, lighting and hardware were all replaced. There were some unique constraints on a very old bathroom that they worked through deftly. Communication was outstanding. Todd himself was there throughout the process and provided a good set of options. His team showed up when promised and worked hard and professionally. I would highly recommend Bath Replacers.

Todd and his men totally redid my 100 year old bathroom. The tub job needed to reroute the drain and this old house had no insulation in the exterior wall. Working in an old house always has surprises along the way but Todd and his men seemlessly solved any issues that came up and we always felt our input was important. The communication was excellent and Todd always let us know when to expect his team to arrive. Rob was the soul of the job and skilled in so many aspects of tiling, carpentry, and any and everything else. The plumbing team was also fantastic and highly skilled. We couldn’t have asked for more. I am ridiculously pleased with the entire experience of the tub to shower conversion. From Todd coming to my mom's apt to meet me and walk me through the process (extraordinary patience in answering all our questions), to installation (his crew is super respectful and would leave everything spotless at the end of each day), to managing the White Plains Building Department (booooo all the extra paperwork) to making sure that both my mom and I were happy with the final product, each step was done with great professionalism, humor and dedication. If you need a tub to shower conversion, these are your guys!
