I recently visited Floor’s Decor in Port Chester for the first time, looking for flooring for my basement. While I waited about 20 minutes before being acknowledged, the experience completely turned around once Umer stepped in to help. Umer is fantastic. He didn’t give me a typical sales pitch or try to 'close' me on a product. Instead, the experience felt more like a masterclass. He was incredibly knowledgeable about which materials work best for basement surfaces and offered expert advice on the specific grade and color schemes that would fit my space. He even provided floor samples (pictured) so I could see how they looked in the actual light of my home. It was a refreshing, 'teacher-focused' approach—it felt like getting a recommendation from a friend who genuinely understands the tech

First time purchasing tile for my bathroom here at Floor & Decor in Portchester, along with other materials, and the experience was excellent. The staff was very helpful—one associate stayed with me throughout the entire process, answered all my questions, and helped me find exactly what I needed without ever making me feel rushed or annoyed. Very professional service and a smooth shopping experience. Highly recommend.
