BATHMAN REFINISHING LLC - BATHTUB & TILE Refinishing, Reglazing, Resurfacing, Restoration

This is an update to my previous post below. Also beware, this company's work is so sloppy and lacks integrity that they closed their original company because of all the negative Google review posts and reopened under the same name. Contacted this company and spoke to Andrew. He was very accommodating and "service-oriented" in the beginning. He came, scoped the work and gave me a fair price. After completing the reglaze, he advised that he would come back to complete the install of the tub hardware and toilet reinstall. The next day, after the floor was dry, when I wentt into the bathroom, I then saw all of the refinish overspray on the mirror, door and wood vanity. I hired these guys to do a garden tub, a shower stall and a tub and shower combination. It was a nightmare experience. I've never seen such a degree of unprofessionalism. He got overspray and paint on everything imaginable. He had more paint on his hands when he finished than he did on the showers and tubs. He touched things he should have not gone near and got paint on those items. I took over 20 pictures to use as an example of what these guys are capable of doing to your home. If you have a rental property that you care a little about, these are your guys. If you value the things in your home, how would highly recommend that you consider someone else. I had a great experience with Bathman Refinishing. This is a great alternative to remodeling a tub/shower. The technician that came by to do the work was very friendly, knowledgeable, and was very efficient. I was able to schedule an appointment via text and was reminded of the appointment the day before and the technician did show up on time and was out within 3-4 hours. I would highly recommend and I am interested to see how the refinish will hold up over the next couple of years.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a small hole in our brand new bathtub from construction and Andy Kruusamae came to fix it. He refinished the bath tub without prepping it and repainted the entire thing. He had overspray all over my new tiled walls. There was sand and particles under the paint because he did a poor job at prepping the tub and then it started peeling. We have not been able to use the tub because the entire thing is peeling. I have reached out about 5 times now to get them to come back and fix it. He stop responding after giving so many excuses and refuses to compensate me. I know will be spending hundreds of dollars to have another company strip and refinish this tub. These people have terrible workmanship and communication. Do not use this business. Should have known not to hire anyone who says send me pictures of your tub, instead of coming out personally to give a quote. Bottome line one bathroom and tile walls came out great, until the tech pulls tape off walls and takes paint with it.. have to repaint now. Second tub and walls not so good. Left four nicks on tile wall and Andy the owner accused me of causing the nicks.he went on to say how I didn't give him a dust free environment, the tech wouldn't do that with their product, when my wife and I cleaned both baths maticulously. He is rude, unprofessional, and down right disrespectful. Told me he isn't paying his tech to fix something I caused. A lie! The tech was a nice guy but spoke poor English and hard to understand.
