Battery Place Parking

I called because our extra set of keys were not in the car and the attendant was not helpful at all. He kept repeating that the keys stay in the car, but my brother who also parked in this garage had to ask for his keys back. Attendant refused to look if the keys were there or even to check.

Price wise, not a cheap option. Overall, the staffs were friendly. We parked there for a half day downtown day trip. No hassles.

The garage is supposed to be open 24 hours. I tried to pick up my car after midnight and no one was there. I called the number listed on the gate, spoke with the parking attendant and then waited another 15 minutes for my car, thinking that the attendant was getting my car. I called a second time, and his phone automatically picked up, and I could hear him snoring. I looked around the gate and the attendant was ASLEEP IN A CAR by the entrance. I could see him literally sleeping by the side of the gate. No idea if that was his car or not, either. By that time, several other people were waiting by the gate and people were ringing the bell to try and get him to wake up. He didn't say a word to us while checking us out, just held out his hand for the ticket. So insanely unprofessional and

Not a friendly staff. Overcharged for parking and didn’t explain the details of the charge.

Do NOT park here. The attendant charged us $70 for less than 4 hours. When I asked him if he could explain the charges, he would not and just pointed at the paper. I have attached the paper he was pointing at.
