Battery Wharf Hotel Boston Waterfront Garage - Target Park

Horrible experience. Bob Bodish, the site manager, is completely unprofessional and immoral. I drove from Salem to the Battery Wharf Hotel with my family. We had no tire issues of any kind. My car has a tire pressure monitoring system and all tires were at 39-40psi when I arrived at the hotel. Target Park took my keys and parked my car. Two days later my vehicle was delivered to me at the front of the hotel with a completely flat left rear tire due to a hole in the sidewall. This was absolutely caused while my car was in Target Park’s possession. I spoke to Bob Bodish, the site manager, over the phone and he rudely explained he was not responsible. I then laid on cold concrete for an hour, installed my compact spare, and drove my family 6 hours on the highway home which is completely unsaf

I had a parking validation pass here and the guy scans it and goes “$18” (I’ve been parked for an hour BTW & it’s $15 for an hour but nevertheless I had a validation pass). He proceeds to go “okay $16” and I said to him, I have a validation pass, I shouldn’t be paying anything and even if I was it would be $15 because I have only been here an hour? And he proceeds to tell me that’s just “how it is” & this is just how is shows up being scanned. I honestly didn’t have the energy to argue with this man but do NOT park here they are scammers and I will be telling my friends over at my workout class the same thing.

I park in this garage daily, the staff takes great care of my car, is always respectful, and professional, and they hustle to get people out in a timely manner.

I am the owner of Divine Design Center. We are directly above the garage. We’ve been unit it for 7 years. Everyone is so professional and nice. Can’t say enough good things about them.

The parking guys got all mad because we found a deal for $40 on spot hero and charged us an extra $50 because when we pull in he was mad we got a good deal and charged us again and then proceeded to argue with us because he was mad…. Feel bad for both of there wives… strait clowns
