Battleson's Flooring

I stopped in today for the first time. I found the store to be inviting and well organized. Tim Boyd offered to help me right away. I've gutted and began remodeling a home. I had certain ideas of what kind of floor I wanted. Tim showed me several options that were so much better, easier to install and approximately the same price.

We were very pleased with Battleson’s Flooring. After some problems emerged with our new floor, the manufacturer refused to stand by their warranty. Battleson’s, however, provided new flooring so we could replace the defective one. They made sure we were happy with our floor. We appreciate their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. The installers were respectful and professional. They always cleaned up, and left everything looking great.

I ordered a patterned carpet for my stairs that I loved! Unfortunately, I hadn’t realized that with a pattern carpet you better make sure your walls are plum. When the installer was done, I looked over the railing and saw that the carpet on the landing looked so crooked! They said they couldn’t do anything because of the walls. What?!! I called Battlesons and Justin came out to take a look and said he’d do his best to fix it. Well, he was able to (not easy either) and he was amazing to work with! Thank you Justin for caring...and working so hard to fix it!

We built a new home and went through Battleson’s for our flooring and hard coverings. They worked with us to find great products at a price we were happy with. Our floor is and tile turned out awesome! I can’t say enough how much we appreciated Kelly for coming out and repairing some of our seal around the tub. They took care of us every step of the way. I would recommend them for all your flooring and tile needs!!

We exclusively used Battleson to carpet our new home almost two years ago, and are still thrilled with it. Because of our positive experience, we recommended them to my aging mother. She had a few issues after a year with sagging, mostly due to the shape of her room and the type of carpet she chose but they came right out and stretch the carpet free of charge....and were super friendly, helpful, and kind with my mother. Excellent products and customer service!
