Kept asking people for quotes for a repair. I knew my roof was bad, but I needed to get a few items fixed to make it just last till mid next year. Everyone kept quoting me new roofs, and wouldn't listen/understand that I didn't have the money at the time, and I needed it to last another year. Everyone except Roy wtih Bauer roofing. Roy came out, listened to my problem, and gave me a price for exactly what I asked for. It was fair--Better than fair honestly, and he was very pleasant about the whole process. He was also very frank and honest about items, and I appreciated the honesty too. 10/10 stars. Thanks for coming out Roy!

We've used Bauer roofing twice now for leaks on our house. The first time they came out within the day and found the issue and patched it within 30 minutes. Extremely reasonably priced. The second time they came out, found out the leak was an issue with our AC unit and not our roof, and went the extra mile to take pictures and videos to show our AC people. Really fantastic company, wouldn't use anyone else.

Perfect is rarely used to describe anything but I find myself needing it in this instance. The whole process from start to finish was a great experience. Bauer Roofing is a well oiled machine. They are tight like band that's been playing together for years. Making an appointment at noon on Friday to the initial consultation happening that same Friday afternoon same day to the choices of materials and wide array of services offered. They have all the top names and best quality products. You can't go wrong. They have access to a great finance program that beats the others. Pricing is competitive, all staff are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable and the end result for us was much better than I ever thought was achievable. We contacted Bauer to provide an estimate to replace a roof being covered by insurance. When they found out we were getting 3 estimates at the request of the insurance company, this was their reply by text: "If she is getting three estimates to do the work one one of them does not need to be mine. I know I won't be the lowest but I could be the highest regardless since I wont be the lowest there's no need to give a bid because they certainly will take the lowest which ever that is."

Received a flyer in the mail advertising free roof inspection. Called spoke with Eve set the appointment for Thursday evening, left work to ensure that I would be home in time. No one showed up, called or emailed about the appointment. I called several times as their website states the business is open until 7 pm yet no answer. Called Friday morning spoke with someone about the appointment as I was angry. He stated Eve wasn't in & she would return my call upon her arrival to work. She did call & apologized I set another appt for the same day. Left work again early to meet with the gentleman. He arrived early asked some questions & I explained to the best of my ability. He was just looking at the roof from the ground & then started talking about siding and exterior work. I asked for a roof
