I had an excellent experience with Thomas E. Clark Plumbing, especially Tim. After receiving a wildly inflated quote from another large plumbing company that completely misdiagnosed the issue, I decided to get a second opinion. Tim arrived, properly assessed the situation, and correctly identified that the problem was minor — not the major replacement I had been told I needed. He fixed everything in about 35 minutes and charged a very reasonable price. It’s rare to find contractors who are honest, efficient, and respectful of your time and money. I truly appreciate the professionalism and integrity shown by Tim and the team at Thomas E. Clark Plumbing. I highly recommend supporting this local company.

Late on a Sunday night, Andy talked me through turning off my water line, due to frozen pipes. I couldn't believe how helpful he was over the phone. He arrived the next morning, as promised, and solved a major problem with fast friendly service. Through Andy's generous time on a Sunday night and his efficient customer service on a Monday morning, I no longer have to search for plumbing companies. I will always call Baumbach.

Andy Baumbach came to our rescue tonight at 10:30! The washing machine pipe broke and water was shooting out all over my laundry room, and had been for some time before I heard the noise downstairs. I shut off the main water valve and called Baumbach. He was here within 20 min and fixed the problem. Was it “cheap?” No, but it was reasonable and worth it considering it was after hours. He gave us peace of mind that it was fixed correctly, and that- for us- is PRICELESS. Thank you so much!! You are in my contact list permanently :)
