I am forever grateful for Mow Cow reaching out to me during Spring to plan my Fall leaf removal. By working with them I am able to pay within my capability and my service was nothing short of thorough and professional. My technicians were awesome and detail oriented. One more cleanup and this beautiful season is complete. First season I didn't get nervous or overwhelmed by my yard!

I hired MowCow to remove leaves this past January. They removed them, but when they put them in their massive shredder the truck had no top. Massive amounts of leaf dust and debris just covered every surface at the end of my court, including vehicles. I emailed them to ask if this was normal and to express my surprise and received no response or acknowledgement. I followed up several weeks later to express disappointment that they couldn’t be bothered to reply, and again, no response. I would not use this company again for any reason.

Mow Cow is the worst lawn care company I’ve ever hired. We hired them in the spring of 2025 to install some sod in our small backyard. Our salesman, Zac, was proactive about reaching out to us until we signed the contract and put down a deposit. Then he essentially disappeared. We had to chase him down to get the project started, which took several weeks from the initial estimate. Once the sod was finally installed, it was crickets again. We had to chase them down to get the care instructions, as well as to receive the results of a soil test for which we’d paid extra. I spent the next several weeks watering the soil twice daily, per the instructions. The sod still died within 5 weeks. I reached out to Mow Cow many, many times, trying to get some help. Just not the best unfortunately. I've had them for two years now. While my lawn looks better for sure than when we started it's just not where I want it to be for thousands of dollars. What bothered me the most was the communication. The first year was plagued with miscommunications and skipped visits where they told me they came and I had to inform them they were wrong. They fixed it and made it whole but I shouldn't have had to spend hours and send tens of emails just to get the services I paid for. It was always an uphill battle to reach people, emails would often take days to hear back, and when someone did respond there was always a fix that of course cost hundreds of dollars on top of the hundreds you are already paying. Very frustrated with our service with MowCow. We have paid the whole season for lawn care services- weed and insect control, as well as, nourishment for our lawn. We have seen no improvement- some areas look worse. There are parts of our lawn not being treated. I have reached out to the company through surveys and calling the office several times through the season. No one has called me back to address these complaints.
