Dillon was extremely polite, knowledgeable and engaged with the maintenance he perform. He was constantly advising me of the process and updating me on the whole procedure in general. He went above in customer service compared to most other companies technicians that I have dealt with over the last 6 months. He's very proud of what he does and it shows in his work. The installation was very quick and his explanation of how it worked was also fast. You do not get that service if you do not know what you're doing.

Daniel was very polite, professional, thorough, and fast. He was on time to the appointment and made sure I understood everything he explained to me. He gave me advice on how to keep up on my a/c unit, and future needs. I made my appointment online on a Sunday night. Bay Area was able to accommodate my availability and I was able to get an appointment first thing the next day on Monday morning.

My AC unit stopped working and Bay Area Air Conditioning came out right away. Zach was the technician and he was outstanding. He communicated with me throughout the entire visit, asked the right questions, and handled everything professionally. Brandon showed up on time for my annual maintenance check on the a/c and heat pump. He did an excellent job. It was by far the best cleaning and checkup that has been done. Bay Area installed a Carrier A/C and Heatpump 13 years ago and have provided excellent service in a timely fashion whenever I needed them.

Murphy was a great technician. He was very honest about our equipment issues. My husband is somewhat knowledgeable about HVAC so they talked the same language. Murphy also completely answered our questions about keeping the old versus buying new. We highly recommend Bay Area AC and Murphy!
