This flooring exceeds my expectations. The entire process from start to finish was easy and the project made my spaces feel so new! What a beautiful upgrade to my home! Matching the existing flooring in the hallways was a huge factor and I am amazed at the results! The installation was so perfect! Brett and Skylar were extremely polite, showing respect for my space, my furniture and my time. They worked efficiently and quietly, finishing ahead of schedule yet with absolute perfection. They went above and beyond in their cleanliness, sweeping several times during and after the installation, even with small hand brooms. I am very happy with Floor Coverings International. The owners Aaron and his wife, along with their assistant Courtney provided upscale customer service throughout the whole process. Courtney is a gem with a wonderful demeanor and pleasant personality. They responded to my all my needs, questions, or concerns in a prompt manner. The team that installed my flooring was Brett, Alex, and Skylar. They are truly professionals at what they do. They were very detailed oriented, considerate, friendly, and cleaned up after removing carpeting, baseboards, and installing the flooring. And they did a beautiful job with the flooring installation. I can't tell you how happy I am with the Amazing work Shaun, Robert and Eddy did on my floors ! They worked so hard and were so friendly and knowledgeable about flooring. I'm so proud to invite friends in to see what a good job they did after how terrible they looked. Brett, Skyler and Alex were great! Such hard workers and determination to do a job well done and please us. I enjoyed them and will miss seeing them each day. My floors are beautiful! I highly recommend this company!!

Great expierience. Met with Will and On Monday and figured out what we wanted. Then Brett and Alex did an Awesome Job installing it within the week. Whole house taken care from planning to install in one week.. Thanks Guys!!
