Quick affordable service by a knowledgeable technician. Our Air Conditioner went out on a really hot day and I was overjoyed they had us taken care of the same day. Ernesto installed 3 Mitsubishi mini splits In our bedrooms which provide a/c or heat. OMG they are so quiet and the a/c worked perfectly during our heat wave in Alameda. Ernesto and Rich were thorough and neat. They cleaned up each day and the final job was even complimented by the city inspector. I definitely recommend Bay Area Comfort HVAC!

I would like to say Thank You to Ernesto Soria. He was very helpful and went above and beyond for us with a very fast turn-around time. My mother in law's water boiler went out and not only did he install the new one but he also helped us figure out it still was under warranty and personally called the company and registered the info on their website so we could get a new one with no additional cost. He also repaired her heater/AC and installed a new thermostat. Very reliable service. We will be going to him with any future plumbing needs and HVAC needs. I would give him a 10 star service review but they only have 5. He even took me to home depot in his work truck and gave me a jump cause my car battery died. I am beyond grateful for his help and his time thanks again.

Ernesto is the best! I've had him come out to multiple properties. He's always very professional, clean and honest. He has saved me so much money thus far. I refuse service from anyone else.
