I can not speak highly enough of this company. On one of the hottest days of the year my AC unit decided to stop working. Trying to get someone to come out before Wednesday was not going to happen. I checked on-line and saw Bay Care and decided to take a chance. Mike was so helpful and understanding of my situation. There's an 81 year old disabled heart patient in the house. Long story short in about an hour two very pleasant, very well mannered young men pulled up to my house. They addressed the issue in very short order and I was back up and running. Mike now has a new customer for regular service and any other Heating or Air needs I may need. Top of the line service and very affordable. To say I'm grateful is putting it mildly.
