FLC Energy - A Home Performance Company

FLC came out did an energy audit and provided proposals for a new Heating and AC system , insulation for the crawl space and attic. They also streamlined some exhaust systems and installed a sump pump in the crawl space. They handled the application and getting the Delmarva Power rebates. Work was done promptly and professionally, the quality of work was great. There were 3-4 work crews and they were all very polite , hard working and explained everything they did. The employees to the owner could not have been any nicer or more professional.

Justin and his crew were amazing! They cleared my crawlspace of ancient wood and random debris, installed structural repairs and new flood vents as well as repairing several openings in the foundation. The crawlspace is sealed and ready for foam. Air loss in both attics was corrected; they even added a door seal kit to the attic stairs! I was kept informed during the entire process and my property was treated with care and respect. Can’t be happier!!

After receiving the results of an audit performed by Energize Delaware we decided to have our whole house energized. We were losing quite a bit of energy from common air leaks throughout our home that we were not aware of. The Energize Delaware program Auditor referred us to FLC Energy to get an estimate of what it would cost to have our home fully energized. FLC energy was great! They did a home improvement proposal and listed all of the areas within our home that we were losing energy from like air, leaks, old, insulation, etc. We were shooting for at least a 20% improvement however, we got over 50% improvement once the final test out audit was completed. I couldn’t be happier with the energy efficiency improvements that FLC did on my home in April of 2025. They did some sealing up in the attic, replaced bathroom fans, and encapsulated the crawl space. This has increased the comfort in my home and reduced my energy consumption in the cold months by 30%!

This was my first time to use FLC Energy, and I am totally Impressed! From communication with Robin & Kristal in the office, to scheduling they are excellent to work with. Zach and Ty were the Techs to perform the insulation of the pipes in our crawl space at our beach house. They were very polite, accommodating, and went above and beyond to explain everything and very easy to work with . Thank you FLC Energy team.
