Coastal Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning | Salisbury

I signed up for a maintenance contract with the heating company ("A") since they supply propane to my development. My furnace broke down twice in February and was told I needed a new one and I had to talk to their salesman who would come out and discuss it with me. Didn't want that but he never came or even called. Sent an email proposal with 2 options that I almost missed in my inbox. Called highly recommended Coastal Comfort for a 2nd bid. First repairman, Warren, came and inspected the furnace. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. I joined their maintenance program, and was very impressed by the service tech Jordan. He took the time to explain in detail what he was looking for and what he was going to do. He was very detailed, caught a major potential problem, and took the time to make sure it was corrected.
