After a couple of scheduling hiccups, I decided to give Bay Contracting another chance, and I’m glad I did. Jose was professional, patient, and resolved the toilet issues efficiently. He even upgraded me to a better-working lid, which I really appreciated. Overall, the quality of the work and follow-through made the experience end on a positive note. His attention to detail stood out, and I’ll be requesting Jose for future service calls.

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE. They lie about "finishing " work to try and get paid. THIS is what you get from people they hire. What a joke.
Been working with these guys for a good while now, they’re attentive, fast, and do good work, always scheduling on time and constant communication.
