I have used Bay Florida Roofing at two properties and for both a new roof and repairs. Communication is always excellent and the use of a drone has improved our experiences. We're often out of town when the work is diagnosed and completed and Derrick sends detailed images for completion proof. Easy and fast!

They came out Last April to patch our roof. Absolutely destroyed my flower bed in the process. Dirk told us he would reimburse us for the money and never contacted us again. Within a couple months my roof was leaking again, they came back out and patched it again. Not even a year later it’s leaking again in the same spot and a new one and when Dirk was contacted he refused to have someone come and look at it, just blamed it on our chimney, told us to get that fixed and if it still leaked then they would come out. We have tried contacting over and over again since having another person outside the company come and look at the chimney and the roof and we have been blatantly ignored.
