Bay Fuel Oil Company

I have been using Bay Fuel for my home since 2021. I had truly loved their service prior to the merge with Hart Home heating. Since then I have had nothing but issues. The final straw being my current t predicament: I called on Tuesday morning at 8am to schedule a delivery for this week. I was told the next date was Friday. I confirmed my name, address and last 4 of my Credit card on file. I didn’t document the name of the person I spoke to but it didn’t sound like someone working out of their local office as it had previously with Bay Fuel. It’s been a busy week, and I didn’t think to look for the receipt. I finally asked my husband if he saw the receipt in the mailbox or the charge on our card last night and he had not. Rated Bay Fuel is a "0" star.. I had to call them for a pin hole repair in the fuel line for my elderly mother and made it 100 times worse.. when they replaced the fuel line and rebooked it up to valve.. the technician never tightened it properly and needless to say left puddles of fuel in the basement. My mother is legally blind and on oxygen and should not be breathing the fumes.. they came back to attempt to clean up and refuses to come back... and going to send her a bill for clean up. $1500. I'm furious. And my 84yr old mother has to now start legal actions. No way to treat a long time customer. So needless to say DO NOT USE BAY FUEL

We used Bay Fuel for years. We had an issue with a technician not being able to fix our furnace, but when it came to oil delivery they were great. Due to the tech issue they gave us a credit for oil. I called yesterday to place an order and it was some other company that I guess bought Bay Fuel? It said they were welcome Bay Fuel customers. I called hoping for the best. A woman answered the phone a little bit before 5PM and was quite rude. Like I was annoying her for calling to give them business. What a shame.

I WILL NEVER USE BAY FUEL AGAIN!!! I have lived here for over 30 years and I am disgusted with the lack of basic customer service skills and compassion. We have been getting oil from them for years and never had an issue. Called their emergency service number this morning between 6-7am and besides the fact that there was no answer for 25 minutes and kept getting disconnected. When we finally got someone to answer an extremely RUDE woman answered the phone. We needed service for the boiler ASAP because we have a 4 month old in the house and the response we got was they are only going out for contracts. So when we asked if there is anyone else they could recommend to help she responses with “yea I don’t know what to tell you, you’ll have to figure it out yourself” then hung up on us. You don

I’ve been using Bay Fuel for about two years now, and they’ve done a great job keeping my boiler in good condition. Recently, I worked with Brian. He was honest, thorough, and took his time with my yearly tune-up and cleaning. He let me know that my boiler is older but still running well, which I really appreciated after another company told me I needed a new one. Thank you for your hard work, honesty, and for keeping my family warm!
